      1. Smooth payroll processing. 2. Always legitimate documentation and proper process followed in HR and Immigration dept. 3. Good 401k match and good funds to choose from. 4. Very responsive employee support team. Overall pretty transparent and no fuzz consulting firm. Glad to work here for a pretty long time.

      Cons

      Lack direct clients especially in East Coast. Need to improve in Sales expertise. Need to build good relationships with other direct vendors in market.

      This is the good company to work. Leader ship was good, HR was responsive, benefits are good and Legal process is very standard. Pay checks on time. Overall its good, i would like to work in this company again in future.
