3. No Clients - it is just a international recruitment firm that some how got some small projects and tries to enter in IT business but loosing those projects as they don't have talent to deliver such work and over and above their un skilled managers try to interfere in your work.
4. Special advice to mid or senior level employees - They might pay you well in starting but after that there will be no increment and once project over they will fire you on same day without understanding how knowledgeable you are as they have hire and fire format for project.
5. Currently they don't have any active big project and only small projects of 3 to 10 lakh that they are delivering in quarter of 6 months and only they have some test projects .
6. Managers and Global directors are of very small mentality and comes from small companies where they have not seen any thing about culture, employee satisfaction,training and indirectly it affects to employee.
7. They are just working working as middle men or commission agent where they will align you with client and after that they will not help in any other thing.
8. Politics - Specially created by Managers to save them self and to blame employee in case of any thing happens.
9. Managers tries to play safe by not approving your any leaves or OD.
10. Due to their bad polices now even their head of HR left the company and some freshers are handling their HR department.
