Some wonderful colleagues and good technical people at the company. If it wasn't for the people I worked with I would not have stayed long. Middle managers are great!

Cons

Senior management have their favorites and if your not one of them then life is OK but not great (performance has nothing to do with it). Some managers love to be condescending (especially managing partners). There is no career progression, if you're happy doing the same thing day in day out, you'll be fine. Bonuses not always paid on time!

I have been working with AgreeYa for the last 2 years 2 months. I as a direct employee of AgreeYa I can say that it has good direct clients like Verizon, HP, Deloitte and long term contracts with them. Very professional staff and high skilled immigration team. Good pay, 401k, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits.

Cons

Average pay compared to current market value, but that didn't stop me from joining the company.

Pros

I've been with AgreeYa for 2.3 years now and so far it has been good experience with them. Always salaries on time, smooth visa process and green card processing also smooth as promised. Marketing team is also good when time comes to change project. It's good for java developers and little less opportunities for admins and mostly rely on C2C client positions available in dice.

Cons

There are no noticeable con's that I've observed so far very limited direct client base very limited positions for (Unkx/ linux/ Middleware) Admin Roles
