AgreeYa is a growing company with a lot of opportunity. It is a fun and positive place to work with great people and no office politics. Employees are valued. They are treated to more than the average number of lunches brought into the office. There is always a fun summer outing and legendary Holiday Party in the fall. There is a lot of flexibility and employees are treated like family. Good job security.

Cons

No training for some departments. Average to below average benefit package.

Stability, compensation, benefits. They are also committed not only to staying up with technology but also to creating advancements in technology. In a constantly changing technology environment, this is vital in keeping all our departmental functions on the leading edge.

Cons

Achieving accurate communication inside a globally oriented firm presents challenges that are unique. Often incomplete or partial communication in an email can deliver misleading results. Verbal clarification of complex tasks is vital.

Besides the usual perks and benefits of an established company, it is the people over here that create such an environment that work does not feel like work. On top of that if your job is always bringing you new and exciting challenges there is nothing more that you can ask for.

Cons

Infrastructure could be improved. One can get so habitual of working in the company that it becomes difficult to leave the company
