      Bad management, Bad technical leaders, dishonest. I was hired on a W2 and treated worst then a contractor. I would have earned and learned more as a contractor then W2. They keep you till the project is received and once received they lie that we lost the project and force you to leave. Very bad work ethics.

      Pros

      However there are many as company is very employee centric, cool environment, highly professional management team, fantastic and very practical Sr. management, you get good mentors there and of-course there are very bright chances for growth. I was able to manage my work with family very comfortably.

      Cons

      One get used to of being comfortable at work place and then it becomes difficult to think about leaving AgeeYa.
