There is no work-life balance.Bad projects.Lead always fools the client, senior management, and team members.Senior management doesn't bother to look into problems, they are like white elephants. No career growth, and if the leads don't like you, then they make your life hell, fluctuating the shifts, like one month you have to work at night from 9.30 PM to 6.30 PM, and the very next month the shift is 6.30 AM to 4 PM.Only the flunkey team members come in for a feasible shift.There is nothing to learn, you will only learn how to backbite. They are not interested in a person's skills, the only thing that matters for them is that a person is a good flunkey.They only have one project, so if the lead is not happy with you, you will be fired without any notice. HR calls you and says today is your last working day, and you only get your salary until your last working day. There are more than 20 cases I've seen within the past year. So the notice period is only for employees, and if you try to say anything, they will tell you that you will not get your experience letter.The whole team is technically unfit, including leads, and clients are aware of it but they are also in a deadlock situation because of the recession in the US banking industry, and they bid on very cheap rates. They don't allow you to learn on your own, and this happens when there is no work at all. And when you realize that your career is stifling you and start learning, you will face escalation from the fact that you are not allowed to study during office hours.Join this pansari shop only if you want to spoil your career.There is no transparency with the employee.
