If needed to stay late infomation was not given till near end of of shift which was very difficult to make arrangements for things planned after work strict policies on attendance even when ill bringing in a doctors excuse does not help you work can be very easy at some stations other station it feels if you are doing 3 person jobs 2 breaks per shift not long enough to allow proper rest
