Modern Head Office. Great advantages for non-unionized (I don't know the advantages for unionized)

Cons

Lack of vision, transparence and motivation. Executives have a tunnel-vision focused on decisions they took more than 5 years ago aka not up to date. Always restructuring because of the interference (ingérence). Money is invested near the CEO (plants are lacking of modern infrastructures/systems).
