It's a cooperative and the progress is slow. Oriented on job stability more than progression. Saputo is more profit oriented

Pros

Very diverse work force. The people are nice, and respectful especially in the laboratory. People will answer your questions if you are not clear with a certain procedure or you are not confident with the task at hand.

Cons

There is a distinct separation between the managers and the workers. Sometimes I feel a bit of tension between the two groups.
