The best reason for working for this company is the salary. I've had many offers in the past four years of this job and this company offers de most.

Cons

The reason why I put only 2 stars, is that in four years, this company always pays me once every 2 months! They say on the news that they are growing and making more money but they cant pay their employees faster. Its sad because i am not alone in this situation. And my boss tries to help me so that my salary can come faster but nothing has improve. I know for a fact that the ones that are responsible to sand my pays are paid in a resanable amount of time and can pay their account.

Huge corporation that spans into US and CA There are many opportunities to grow in the Canadian Division Low hierarchy and easy to talk to supervisors

Inability to see big opportunities Stuck using out dated methods of communication and sales Difficult project approval process
