Work life balance Small company-feel Great atmosphere as staff are friendly Quality dairy products (especially the Cheese Division)

Cons

Lack of strong talent. Most people are under-qualified for their roles. Quebec centric-decision making. Makes for a narrow minded focus for other regions Nowhere to move unless you're situated in QC or bilingual in other regions
