      the benefits and weekly pay

      they force you to stay back every time because the senior guys don't care so the junior has to stay back so many hours late even that tomorrow you starting the same hours that you're schedule.They don't care about their employee and some supervisor doesn't have the experience needed ,and the union are in bed with the employers not on the side of the employee
