The people are great and the products they make are high quality and very interesting to learn about. Also very delicious!

Cons

They don't support their employees well and are quick to let people go on a moments notice as soon as there is a bump in the road. They also do not address employees concerns about benefits, time off, parental leave and other important parts of employment.

Toxic culture. Intentionally strives to keep employees on edge and insecure. Focus on numbers only. Does not want to hear different ideas or opinions. Constant restructuring and sporadic layoffs where co-workers are suddenly exited . Oddly few women in sr leadership in US
