Great working environment and colleagues. The company focuses on employee development and lateral movements to encourage you to learn more about the different functions of the business and acquire new skills. It's inspiring and mobilizing to know you are working for the coop members (dairy producers) rather than shareholders. Leaders are transparent and willing to communicate and share how the business is faring.

Cons

There could be more deals on products for employees.
