      Great Culture with Stable Corporate Structure

      Pros

      Monthly events for employees - catered in food and/or off-site events. Promotion from within. Benefits start within the first 2 months of employment.

      Cons

      Corporate structure gives little room for negotiation or differentiation for each individual market. Lots of overtime on weekends in the plant

      Good wage i need 5 words fo them to accept this and i can only think of two

      Cons

      Management doesnt care for there employees injured employees are harrassed until they quit or they hire a doctor to give a bogus examination so they wont have to pay expenses and let you go
