Good Pay, Team environment, managers do not look over your shoulder they let you do your job. Good people work here. Career development opportunities.

Cons

A few bad apples, uncertainty of corporate decisions, they seem to keep tightening the strings. Not sure if it is going to get better or worse. The good pay means people stick around so it might take a while to move up.
