The people I work with at Aha! are top-notch. Everyone is genuinely friendly and supportive, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to assist you. Aha!'s onboarding program is thorough and enjoyable, and the actual work is challenging and rewarding.
As a software engineer, I got to deploy a small change to production during my first week which, while seemingly a token move, was meaningful and provided hands-on insight into the development and deployment process.
I just attended my first semi-annual onsite which was simply spectacular, and I am looking forward to many more.
