Aha! reviews

It is rare to glimpse a company's true culture as a candidate. Most times you have no choice but to dive in headfirst and hope for the best. Aha! is the opposite -- they are so assured of their values to be kind, transparent, and responsive that they share these values with everyone. I was compelled to join the team after reading their blog posts that outline these values. And one year later, I can confirm that we all live these values every day. Whether we are interacting with candidates, customers, or colleagues, there is an energy at Aha! that I haven't found anywhere else.

I always tried my best to be responsive throughout my product management career. But I never felt truly at home doing this until I joined Aha! The company was founded on the belief that everyone deserves respect, and that customer interactions with urgency create meaningful value for everyone involved. And it is a huge breath of fresh air. It is awesome to see customers get so excited -- and share their gratitude -- when we reply to their questions in a short amount of time. You can tell this is a rare experience for them. And the appreciation that we receive as a team gives me more satisfaction than I've ever had at work before.
