Pros
I am thrilled to be a part of the Aha! team. It is growing faster than any other organization that I have worked for and yet still manages to maintain a very open and collaborative culture. Transparency is very important to me, and it is great to see the entire company (including the leadership team) embody this principle. Ultimately, this is the greatest group of people I have ever worked with. They push me every day to be the best I can be. I am looking forward to more incredible growth both personally and professionally.
Cons
The team is distributed across the US. So, you may miss some of the in-person interactions that happen in a traditional centralized office. But, you get to live and work anywhere in the US that makes you happy. This works great for me, but might not be the perfect fit for everyone. To help build stronger relationships, the entire company gets together twice a year in a destination location to spend time together, review the progress of the business, and have fun.
