Aha! is a team of highly talented and self-motivated people who are full of care and compassion for each other as well. Despite being an entirely remote company, the company it able to achieve more than most companies could of a similar size. We get together in-person twice a year at an amazing location and hotel to build relationships and have company meetings and planning sessions. Everyone at the company is very transparent and approachable - politics are virtually non-existent.

They say that if you find a job that you love that you will never really "work" a day in your life. For me, that is what Aha! represents. Are there some days that push you to be better? Absolutely. Will you be stretched a bit to grow at times? Sure. But ultimately, you are surrounded by a group of people with a mission to do something great. That is why for our team, helping companies innovate and build better products is more than a job; it's an opportunity to grow and learn something new each day.
