Pros
Outside Reps run the company. Operation staff is nothing more than a "fall guy".
Cons
Go a head and call it the "Mafia" rental company. So many P&L line items that flow straight back to the owners different companies. No one is corporate can explain why some months you are charged certain line items and some months you are not. The owners life long friends are in made up positions and are robbing the company blind but they are too close minded to see it. Whores of the rental industry...LOWEST RATES IN EVERY MARKET.
