31% positive business outlook
Pros
-Good place to start with little/no experience -Most techs are helpful. -Will send you for training at various places (they used to).
Cons
-Decent pay (at best) and fight to not give raises. -Terrible benefits. -Leadership is lacking.
Pros
None, did not enjoy working here
Cons
They refused to give a decent raise even when promoted. Was asked to quit and then they would rehire me to give me the raise I deserved, this would allow them to go around the limitation on how much they can give for a raise.
Pros
Good company to work for and plenty of opportunities for advancement. Raises are given every six months good people very understanding and helpful
Cons
Raises are very small don’t provide any help for techs some people there have know it all attitudes and most of the techs don’t care about quality of work as well as management
Pros
Stable and growing company security
Cons
Only 1-3% in raises annually
Pros
Take truck home. Paid weekly
Cons
Over worked under paid. On call. They will try and make you be on call 24/7 on your week on call and try and send you out even if your out of service hours. This is a DOT violation. They don't care. Training is little to none. No PTO. Your pay raise is only 3 percent of what your making. Sometimes not even that. No tool, boot, allowance. The benefits are very poor. Better off working for Walmart or Target. At least you will make more money.
Pros
Nothing actually and that's the sad part.
Cons
The turnover rate is high. Temps leave mid-day and never come back. Management doesn't seem to be bothered. They lie to the temp agencies. They bully those who they know will not speak up for themselves. When you go to senior management, they don't do anything to resolve the issue. They will tell the other manager or supervisor what you said and now it's a hostile environment, creating more tension and harassment. If you go to HR they'll tell you it's in your head. Senior reps have to train new hires, while supervisors gossip and make up nicknames for other employees in Spanish and laugh at them. It's really a sad environment to work in. The morale is so low. What manager or supervisor enjoys making their employees upset, even cry? When it comes to raises, new hires come in now at a higher rate, but they refuse to give senior reps a decent raise. They think a .65¢ raise will keep employees. No one encourages you to advance or try new things in other departments. They don't want you to leave, but won't promote or create new positions to advance to. Vacation time is only 5 days for the first 2 years. No sick time at all. The owner preaches about family, but doesn't want to give his employees sick time. If your sick or had to go to the hospital they still want you to come in or be threaten with a write up. Benefits are horrible. Too expensive to afford so I had none. Political agenda runs rapid to the point where they are telling you how to vote. This place needs a major overhaul. Someone who shows more diversity across the board. A place that's inclusive of EVERYONE.
Pros
-Lots to learn -Decent starting pay -Good training opportunities
Cons
-Hard to get a raise -Terrible insurance -No PTO -Don’t pay when they let you go early for holidays -401k a joke
Pros
Some nice people here
Cons
HR - Doesn't offer any help on benefits. HR depart doesn't work for you, don't expect them to help you. Still waiting for my full benefit package after 2 years. Everything is done at the last minute with unreal time frames. No communication here between departments. Managers have no "back bone" and will only step in when something goes wrong. Since they don't communicate, there is no knowing. The yelling and cursing at employees - UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They expect everything from the employees without giving. Benefits are below average, no cost of living raises, no sick time off - must use your vacation time (1 week after 1 year).
Pros
The diversity of the staff and the teamwork I shared within the Credit department. Once I was promoted and given a raise, my new colleagues were hostile. I believe it was due to our differences in race.
Cons
HR does not address serious claims of harassment. As an educated female, I was promoted, then harassed and humiliated by my new colleagues with no true investigation. I filed a sexual harassment complaint, with no feedback or investigation from HR. Rather, Ahern retaliated against me and informed me I was being terminated due to Covid 19. I am still seeking legal counsel.
