Lack of training Major favoritism Micro managed False claims on pay and benefits

There are so many cons of this job especially for the OSR position Extremely Micro Managed, need to send a weekly agenda, followed up by a daily summary followed up by a weekly meeting to go over everything you already went over The company loves watching GPS on your company truck all day. Upper management just as horrible had an issue so I sent an email explaining it and was told that they don’t read e-mails No training just get out there and get accounts opened. Put on probation in the devastating winter of Wisconsin because I wasn’t performing to managements liking on getting accounts open. I can say that this was the icing on the cake. How they expected so many accounts to open when people didn’t need aerial equipment in below zero and snowy conditions. Wisconsin branch is horrible, horrible horrible. I would give a 1/2 star if I could

Just ok pay for the hours and stress involved. Unrealistic and unachievable goals. Upper management would rather throw stones than come down and show you how its done. Poor training, big talk yet no one can deliver what they seek because a company starts at the top and this one fails miserably.

Training and Management are in two different places. Company offers great training but management does not follow through. I had 5 different managers in less than 3 months. Promises made but not followed through.

Horrible management and leadership. Coworkers get high on the job, hire and retain employees with felony records, no real regard for safety of employees, managers lead by yelling.

Time off is easily approved because you are not paid for it. There was no PTO when I was there. The Benefits are good but they come at a good price as well.
