There is NO BASE SALARY. It is 100% commission and they pay you an “advance on future rentals” weekly. For every month you do not hit your projections, they deduct $400 from your advance pay for the following month. (All of this was explained after starting). They claim to have a “Family friendly work environment” yet they do not give their employees vacation or sick days. Was told in the interviewing process that their benefits were terrible. I took the job to get experience in the industry but after uncovering the lies in salary and deceptive onboarding tactics I had to leave. They prey on young individuals looking to break into the industry and trap them with the non-compete form.

Not a bad word to say about the Benicia location

The turnover rate is high. Temps leave mid-day and never come back. Management doesn't seem to be bothered. They lie to the temp agencies. They bully those who they know will not speak up for themselves. When you go to senior management, they don't do anything to resolve the issue. They will tell the other manager or supervisor what you said and now it's a hostile environment, creating more tension and harassment. If you go to HR they'll tell you it's in your head. Senior reps have to train new hires, while supervisors gossip and make up nicknames for other employees in Spanish and laugh at them. It's really a sad environment to work in. The morale is so low. What manager or supervisor enjoys making their employees upset, even cry? When it comes to raises, new hires come in now at a higher rate, but they refuse to give senior reps a decent raise. They think a .65¢ raise will keep employees. No one encourages you to advance or try new things in other departments. They don't want you to leave, but won't promote or create new positions to advance to. Vacation time is only 5 days for the first 2 years. No sick time at all. The owner preaches about family, but doesn't want to give his employees sick time. If your sick or had to go to the hospital they still want you to come in or be threaten with a write up. Benefits are horrible. Too expensive to afford so I had none. Political agenda runs rapid to the point where they are telling you how to vote. This place needs a major overhaul. Someone who shows more diversity across the board. A place that's inclusive of EVERYONE.

Nothing everyone was friendly and supportive.

Management has changed direction several times lately and it leaves the sales team not knowing what to do To make money in Sales your rates are no longer competitive Company has fired some good quality people Many Management People have resigned, if they weren't fired Many people in sales who have stayed are doing so because of a non-compete Too many mixed messages from upper management not a good work environment

Poor management. Empty promises. Bad compensation plan

Toxic work place environment, no one ever got along

Seem to through away their long term dedicated employees without even discussion. It is definitely a who you know work environment. Can definitely be a hostile work environment.
