      Pros

      The management in this company gave the employees autonomy in sattisfying the job completion tasks. Most were very open to discussion of any problems or issues that may arise. This company had a true team approach and would work together to complete tasks.

      Cons

      One of the down sides of this company was that employee reviews were not completed on a regular basis. Often times, employees did not know if they were performing up to the expectations of the management, or if everyone was working in concert to achieve the desired results.

I can assure you that, since writing your review, we have made great progress in the areas you highlight. Autonomy is something we continue to encourage and Trust is one of our culture cornerstones. The employee review process has changed significantly and we are proud to report that, in 2020, an impressive 96% of employees had an annual performance and development discussion. As you mention, such discussions are crucial in ensuring we are all working together with a shared vision.
