I have no idea really.

Cons

I responded to a vacancy in their IT department, so it's not like a trivial side-job or anything. I sent the recruiter an email too. I got no response on both, and the vacancy suddenly has vanished. Such arrogance does not a popular company make. Sending a reply to an email takes less than five minutes and makes everybody happy. Now Ahold can go suck a very large male reproductive organ for all I care.
