There used to be a strong culture when this was peapod digital labs, and there are still a handful of great people from that era who are fun to work with and get to know.

Cons

Leadership is largely viewed as incompetent, ambivalent (at best) towards employees, and solely focused on optics and politics. Promotions are not based on merit, there is no established product management practice, and leadership doesn't seem invested in spending the time necessary to substantively change that.
