An alarming 20% of the workforce was impacted, and the whole process was handled poorly. Communication from leadership was minimal and lacked any genuine empathy. It felt like they were trying to sweep the whole thing under the rug, even prohibiting managers from speaking to those laid off. To make matters worse, some of the people affected weren't paid everything they were owed, which is a clear breach of contract and incredibly concerning. This, along with how they handled the layoffs, has really made a lot of us lose faith in the company's leadership. I'm really worried about AiFi's financial situation. They haven't been paying their bills, and that's not something you want to see in a company you work for.
