Pros

Unique opportunity to build something special with a talented group of individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Great team environment and culture which is difficult to accomplish in a primarily remote setting but the collaborative nature. I would strongly recommend AiFi to anyone that would ask.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but there will be times and days with longer hours and you will be pulled in different directions. All part of working for a startup and building something special, but if you do not have that mindset going in you could face some struggles.

Pros

Moves extremely fast. Tons of opportunities for individual growth and teamwork. Flexible hours and great people to work with. A great mix of challenges, aspirations, and creativity. Team members genuinely support each other.

Cons

Moves extremely fast so team messages are not necessarily synchronized all the time. Sometimes there are simply too many updates on slack, making it hard to be perfectly on the same page.
