Pros
We have a ton of talent here and so much potential. For current early stage of company, we have awesome leading indicators. Lots of ownership and impact in everything you do. Moves fast and team is fun and likes to joke around. :)
Cons
Still working on figuring everything out, small team so it's all hands on deck. Fully distributed across 5 timezones since founding is fun - but means we have to work a bit harder to keep the culture and communication moving!
