Exceptional product velocity. Features that would take quarters elsewhere ship in weeks. Technical depth and ambition far above most early-stage startups. The engineering team executes like somebody is chasing them. Leadership is primarily data-driven. Decisions are made quickly with low ego. Strong founder culture: high standards, clear ownership, and minimal politics. It's incredible how many former founders/CEOs joined this company. Async-friendly, with serious autonomy.
Cons
Pace and expectations are relentless. No room for passengers. Minimal structure or process which is great for builders, but hard for those who need direction. Company has not scaled yet where different offices can operate independently, which means time zones and work hours stretch into the night.
