      The best reasons to work for the Air Force are guaranteed benefits, 30 days paid vacation, and guaranteed income.

      Excellent opportunities that are not readily apparent to subordinates until they've left the organization. Travel is available for those that want it.

      Work is often frustrating, addressing repeat issues with the same results.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the deployments and the ops tempo at the time. I had some great commanders that cared for the troops.

      Cons

      The garrison mission could get mundane at times and there was a lack of funding, which didn't make sense since the ops tempo was high
