the environment here is nice, the people are friendly and there willing to train you,and like when you ask questions.

Cons

management isn't very structured, they say there open to suggestions but not willing to change any process.

Pros

Great people and the benefits were nice. Relaxed environment for the most part. A lot of opportunities to learn new technology and push yourself.

Cons

Poor management On call rotation can be rough Have to support multiple locations on call with little to no training on the software/systems being used.

Pros

salary, company offers a great service in need to patients at difficult times, good for clinician staffs

Cons

Besides a one week training course on the computer system, they offer no training, everything is learn as you go. If you do not learn on your own quickly, you can still get ahead by brown nosing your way to the top and praising yourself to your superiors with your accomplishments! You are overworked and do not do enough hours if you are only doing the 40 hours.
