Easy commute. Like most coworkers

Nothing matters more than pleasing the investors, Aaron Todd needs to step down and let someone who can lead take the helm. Utter chaos most of the time (caused by a lack of leadership and an inability to plan more than 2 weeks ahead on anything) Raises are same for everyone, no point in working harder than it takes to keep your job. No promotions from within

I had the best boss. He always made time to help me when I had any issues. I'd work for him again in a heartbeat.

Cons

They transferred my department to a different state. I was 6-months pregnant at the time and we had to reapply for our positions. I wasn't about to move my family away with a position that was not guaranteed.
