Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We regularly evaluate our benefits and compensation package. As a result of these evaluations, we have made some changes and are planning more changes over time. Recently, all our Flight Clinicians received a change in their compensation structure which is more in line with industry practice. Be sure to keep an eye out for updates from our HR department.
