Pros

So what okay on pay. Great medical crews to work with.

Cons

Poor relationship with Pilot Union. Current employees not seen good enough to promote up to management. Outsourced recruiters don’t know business. New hires paid better than current employees. Upper management seems to only see MBA applicants as useful. World revolves around KPIs.

Local management seems to care.

Cons

Corporate and Regional management has no clue in regards to base operational safety. Upper management constantly shouts about safety then piles on work expectations that causes the very root causes of safety deficiencies. Training requirements, record entry, maintenance, on-call schedule, base support travel, logistics, inventory, shipping & recieving. The mechanic carries the entire air operation.
