      For a new employee or summer intern, Air Products is a decent place gain meaningful work but stay no longer than 2-3 years. Better opportunities await you but if you wait too long, you'll be trapped without a clear path of advancement.

      Cons

      Managers in my area lead by fear, bullying, and intimidation. If you raised an issue around safety or quality, they would go above and beyond to make your work life difficult or derail your project. People in my group kept their head down, stayed silent because they didn't want to bring up bad news and risk getting fired.
