      Pros

      Good work atmosphere where everyone has a defined position. Good work-life balance although when there is a plant issue it's all hands on deck. Position is not micro-managed as you're trusted to work on what's important. Company is very safety minded.

      Cons

      Most engineering positions are in HQ rather than in the field which means you will likely need to take a position in PA at some point.
