      The people. The flexibility to working. Range of opportunity.

      Cons

      AP used to look after their people but as markets have been squeezed its more about the money and less about the people. AP no longer says its "the best company to work for".

      Some good coworkers and can learn a lot.

      Average employee age is close to 50 or above. They don't seem to be able to keep young professionals.
