      Interesting company to work for.

      Pros

      Small close knit teams. Given all the responsibility you can handle. Four ten hour day work schedule. Never seen a stronger safety culture in my 30+ years.

      Cons

      Average 200+ hours overtime annually. Management preaches diversity & inclusion........only one Latino employed hourly. No people of color employed there. One female secretary, and one female engineer. Benefits are substandard compared to local companies. Medical benefits are extremely limited. Currently on wife's medical plan as Air Products options stink. Allowed only three sick days annually.

      Pros

      Pay has improved a lot in the last few monthes. Not a bad place for a young person to get some experience before they go someplace else. Used to be a really good company to work for, and still has some really good people that haven't left yet, could still be turned around by good leadership.

      Cons

      Top heavy management, "yes man" culture. Management out of town and out of touch.
