      Pros

      Very smart people all around. Diversity and Inclusion are preached and practiced. Consistent growth, even if the pace is not on par with competition.

      Cons

      If you are not a CDP, options for career advancement become limited. Compensation and benefits leave a lot to be desired. Everyone is consistently (years on end....) overloaded with more work than one person should be responsible for. Need to stop focusing primarily on managing the financial component of the company, and start creating an employee-friendly environment.

      Pros

      My experience at Air Products was a very positive one. I worked on many various projects. Interaction with managers was very supportive and encouraging. I was challenged with new ideas concepts and helped with the tools to grasp and make valuable contributions. The primary resourse at AP is the people, they become your friends/family.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication tends to be a problem, more from upper management to the lower echelons. Company somewhat top management heavy.
