      Good Benefits Good Regional Managers Plenty of Independence in your position

      Cons

      -Bad head Manager managing the group at HQ - A TON of cold calling, - Not very professional position from the duties to the managers - A TON of driving - A bad job in a bad division at a good company - too many egos especially at the top -Very political climate -Insane goals that were not regionalized- only 3-4 people out of 30 ever achieve the goals..why set up an atmosphere of failure when you can easily scale back goals???? -Large Disconnect internally dealing with engineers, logistics, safety, etc.
