They didn't know what they were selling or doing

Pros

The only pro I would say was that they were a very ambitious firm. That said, they were arguably overly ambitious and really out-pun their coverage with regard to work proposals.

Cons

Air Squared continually tried to become a big company, but they were treating their employees wrong. They would also sell themselves as a firm with a big caliber, but they truly were not that big. The management and the CEO were really just salesmen, and they didn't really "get" or understand what they were selling or doing. They had a strong tendency to oversell the capabilities of the firm.

Pros

Air Squared is creating a really interesting product with lots of potential for the future of our world. Glad they are succeeding for this reason.

Cons

Time and time again I saw employees pour time to be successful for / at this company. It came with 0 appreciation. Understand that this is a fast-paced environment where you are required to care and give as much time as you can, but without the benefits of raises, or even a bit of acknowledgement.

Pros

I realized early that this company won't go further and there won't be any future if I stayed here.

Cons

The high stress, overloaded work schedule, and unsupportive management who doesn't have the right leadership skills to move the people upwards are what you'll find in this company. I realized there's no going further with this because there's no future in it.
