Pros

There were move benefits and perks to those who can endure and stay. Health insurance, paid holidays, and educational reimbursements!

Cons

Working here was horribly stressful and managers were INSANE!! They got so much demands, ridiculous deadlines, and BRUTAL work shifts! NOBODY can survive here for long and hence the HIGH TURNOVER!

There are no pros at all. It was the worst place to work. I had to tolerate many things just to ensure I had a job

Cons

AN AGRESSIVE CEO WITH AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM LED THE COMPANY. This person thought we were all there to please and do as they said. It meant working long and stressful hours, having a horrible work-life balancem, and continuing to work for years for terrible pay. I tried to avoid this person for as long as I could and quit when I couldn't take it anymore. I am glad that I did. BEWARE!

The only pro I would say was that they were a very ambitious firm. That said, they were arguably overly ambitious and really out-pun their coverage with regard to work proposals.

Cons

Air Squared continually tried to become a big company, but they were treating their employees wrong. They would also sell themselves as a firm with a big caliber, but they truly were not that big. The management and the CEO were really just salesmen, and they didn't really "get" or understand what they were selling or doing. They had a strong tendency to oversell the capabilities of the firm.
