This company had some of the best comradery that I have ever had/experienced. Everyone was enthusiastic to learn and grow and I am still very close with many of those individuals today.

Cons

I was put in places that I didn't care for. After expressing the direction I'd like to move into and what my goals were, I was put in a role that wasn't relevant to what I was studying, and found myself performing more Quality Engineering duties which in and of itself was mind numbing. Small company so pay is not the best which at the time resulted in high turnover.

Good foot in the door. You need to get in then out. This place is created to be a stepping stone. Fools make it a career.

Cons

Every day needs to work very long hours, no proper lunch break, management just doesn't care about what' gound on! Salary is below average and overtime pay is limited. Hard work and recognition are always looked over. Would not recommend it if you want to learn and apply.
