Nothing good to say other than there are some good people working here.

Cons

Poor management and company culture. Needs an overhaul at the top. Don't take care of the workers. You can work hard, go above and beyond for years at a time, and it means squat to them. You get treated like you don't exist and aren't worth anything. You do NOT want to work here.

This company had some of the best comradery that I have ever had/experienced. Everyone was enthusiastic to learn and grow and I am still very close with many of those individuals today.

Cons

I was put in places that I didn't care for. After expressing the direction I'd like to move into and what my goals were, I was put in a role that wasn't relevant to what I was studying, and found myself performing more Quality Engineering duties which in and of itself was mind numbing. Small company so pay is not the best which at the time resulted in high turnover.
