Pros

Test engineering at Air Squared has quite a bit of challenge, variety, and room for creative solutions. I'm able to learn a lot in my role because of that. I like the other engineers and technicians I work with, and I feel like my work has substantial impact.

Cons

We tend to stay very busy, and don't always have time to do our best work.

Pros

Air Squared is a great place to work. It has grown a lot in the time that I have been here, but we consistently have fantastic employees. I love the people I work with. We have great managers who want to see their team and the company succeed.

Cons

Communication between departments could be improved to make sure we're all on the same page working towards a common goal.

Air Squared is a very stable company with a bright future and exciting things happening.

The companies growth has left the systems lagging behind. Tight deadlines with an aggressive sales team.
