Good people to work with. Great experience and you’ll learn things you’ll never get anywhere else. Good benefits, good work environment. You don’t get rushed or pressured to cut corners. They care about safety.

The hr dept is a joke and management will micro manage and will try to do everyone else’s job for them instead of actually doing their job.
