There are lots of great people who work here. We have flexible working situation where we can work remotely two days a week or more depending on your job/manager. We also get plenty of paid vacation and sick days as well as 13 paid holidays a year. Employee safety is important. We have the best and most diverse helicopter fleet (products) in the world. You can work here your entire career. We have employees with over 50 years at the company.
Cons
Typically, they don't pay as well as other aerospace companies do. Benefits are good but the employee pays a lot for them. The helicopter products are the best and most advanced in the industry but their IT leaves a lot to be desired.
