Great people at the ground level make work bearable.

Cons

A fear based workplace run by fear based senior management who recruit the same into middle management. Therefore, nothing ever progresses. Micro management. AGAP wrote the book and wears the T-Shirt.

Very little management over site when it comes to even the most complicated tasks. All employees are welcome to do things how they see fit.

Cons

No training, no career progression, no real performance reviews, everything is just a block to be checked because HR says we have too. Could be great with more innovative mangers and some sort of direction.
